How we deal with many of our issues is that we often park them aside. This allows us to carry on with our life. However, emotions are energy and when it is parked in our body, many times we don’t allow ourselves to let go of them.
Many ‘blocked qi’ could have accummulated due to all the emotional tension we experienced. Eventually the symptoms like insomnia will manifest.
Sure… if you suppress them with pills or when it eventually subsides, the ‘blocked qi’ is still in your system. Eventually it may manifest in other symptoms to tell you again that you still need to clear these emotional baggage.
It’s kind of like how the anti-virus in your computer regularly alerts you that you need to check the computer. And it will continuously do that until you clear the system.
